Wrap Up: March and April, 2020

Books: 3

Pages: 1,474

This is my very first wrap up of the blog and, honestly, it's really short, for I've only read three books in two months. It's not much but it's okay, we don't to read to demonstrate nothing nor to beat anyone, we read because we enjoy doing it, so don't press yourself, just enjoy the reading.

These are the first books I've read this year, and the expectations have been set so high that it will be really difficult to find as good reads as these three, specially as The Goldfinch and The Picture of Dorian Gray. Although I rated the latest with 4.5 stars over 5, but only because I expected it to be more like a fiction memoirs book and ended up finding out it was a deep philosophical novel, a good one though.

Feminists Don't Wear Pink and Other Lies, curated by Scarlett Curtis (★★★★★)

The Goldfinch, by Donna Tartt (★★★★★)

The Picture of Dorian Gray, by Oscar Wilde (★★★★½)
